Welcome to our store.

We ship all our orders Registered 1st class that offers a tracking number for your parcel and also requires a signature upon delivery for extra security. If you are not available upon delivery a notice will be left for you from your post office. Please note that if you get this notice, you will have to contact your carrier for redelivery (where available) or will have to pick up your parcel from your post office.

Unless otherwise agreed the shipping will be carried out to the address given by the customer. Periods of delivery are nonbinding, unless otherwise expressed.

International Registered Tracked- Standard (>1kg) 6€ / Heavy Goods (<3kg) 15€ Europe International Registered Tracked- Standard (>1kg) 6€ / Heavy Goods (<3kg) 15€

Express / Courier option is available upon request. Please add a comment during check out for this option and we will let you know the additional cost.

PLEASE NOTE: Some countries may have restrictions on the receipt of specific items.

Shipments to non EU-countries
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from thesardinebox.com, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you.

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (Monday-Friday). Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, thesardinebox.com is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

If the customer has special requests concerning the type of shipment, e.g. express shipment, the additional costs shall be charged.
