Wishlist

We aim to ship orders the same day or the next. Sometimes though it is a weekend, so your order will be ready to ship first thing Monday morning. 

We use International First Priority Registered Mail for international destinations & Registered or pay upon delivery for Greece. Registered mail may not be the cheapest, but we like to make sure that our products get to you in time & they do not get lost. Registered Mail is accounted for all the way by a tracking number and a signature from you when you receive it. If you happen to be away upon delivery a notice for you to collect your package personally will be left for you by the postman.

**** Delivery Times ****

The Post Office states that you have to allow: Greece: 2-4 Buisiness days. Europe: 7 to 10 business days. United States: 10 to 20 business days. Rest of the World: 10-30 business days.

Please make sure you are aware of any duty or custom fees applicable by your country that you may have to pay or may slow down delivery times.

**** Packaging****

All our creations are artfully gift wrapped. We like to use natural ecological materials like Kraft paper and jute twine. If your order is for a gift & you want a special note included we’ll be more than glad to include one for you.

 

**** Shipping Provider ****

Living in Greece means we ship with ELTA, Hellenic Post Office a reliable provider. Up to now we have not had any nasty surprises and most of our orders get delivered within the time frame the post office provides.

 

**** Shipping Notification ****

If you want to give us your email we will make sure that as soon as we ship your order, we will notify you & provide you with a tracking number so you can keep track of your package same as we will be doing.

We want to have happy satisfied customers. * We use the best quality materials & do a quality test before sending any item out to you. * We ship your order with Registered Mail, which helps avoid delays or losses. In the unlucky case that an item does not fulfill your expectations you may return it in its original package and in good shape & we will refund the cost minus the shipping. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs and that your money will be refunded after we receive the parcel and check that the item is not damaged. Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt. In the unlucky case that an order actually gets lost we will refund your purchase plus shipping costs.

Greece: If you live in Athens you can come to our workshop to look at our work from close up & purchase what you like. For the rest of Greece you can order what you want & have it delivered with ELTA or a Courier Service. Payments accepted : Pay upon delivery / Paypal International Customers: You can email us what you want we will issue a Paypal invoice for you & after payment we’ll ship your order with registered mail.
